For creditors Rechtsanwalt Dr. Ulrich Münzer collected claims and enforced security rights. Rechtsanwalt Dr. Ulrich Münzer also defended creditors against claims brought by insolvency administrators for repayment of payments the creditors received shortly before the insolvency.
